All orders are processed Monday to Friday between 9am–4pm AEST and shipped via DHL Express from our Kingsgrove, Sydney warehouse.

Delivery to New Zealand typically takes 3–6 business days after dispatch, with tracking provided on every order. Rural areas may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated with progress the whole way.
